We don’t just have trouble with earthly things and people but the devil the ruler of darkness. As humans are odds against him alone are not good, but when you put God in the picture things change.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. – Ephesians 6:12 KJV
We need God to help through both the earthly things and spiritual things. We have to do our part but remember to let God have his will and do it his way. Sometimes our earthly problems could very well have a spiritual component to it.
People Watch
People watch people. What will they see when you go through something hard. How you respond could affect what people see and think. Some times we are the only Jesus they see, do they see him through you?
Pray
Prayer is the best way to help succeed in those fights, seeking God’s will and wisdom. Prayer is one of the first things we should do but so often it’s were we go last. Let God in and let him be a part of the fight.
